My purchase

I made this lovely purchase this morning.

Just couldn't resist this gorgeous fabric,

especially as my make up bag is looking rather tatty!

Where did I get it?

From the wonderful shop of Audrey's Cat on Folksy

Dawn, uses vintage fabrics and makes them into great bags, purses,

and brooches. Pop over now and see what catches your eye!

When I picked my featured item for today

I didn't realise how well it matched my new purchase!

These are gorgeous red lampwork earrings,

available in my Folksy shop.

They would make a lovely gift,

or why not treat yourself like I did ;-)

Folksy Friday

Today my feature is going to be on the lovely October Folkfesters group, who are all listing an item a day on Folksy. My theme from their shops is the colours pink and red.

Folksy Friday returns!

I started this in the old year and through a lack of time it slipped by the wayside. This year I hope to try and keep to my Folksy and Misi features, to promote other sellers on these wonderful handmade craft sites.

Todays selection is based on the colour red!

I have thought of a theme to carry us over a few weeks. Will anyone guess what it is before I get to the end? It will probably be very obvious but I thought it was a good idea!

How about this unusual scarf by Sara Carr, I love the pencil design!

or how about this corsage from seventyseventyone design, such a lovely colour.

I love the pattern on this half apron by Blonde Design,

and this is something I could definately do with, as mine has been broken.........a lovely felt peg bag by Sue2

and finally one of my new listings on Folksy today, some sterling silver puff heart earrings
